Who can become an Angel?
In many cases these are members or representatives of local or international NGOs members of the REGENERATION MATRIX group, who work together for the good of the communities they serve.
In other cases, they are isolated individuals recognized in their community for their benevolence and their actions on the ground. They can apply to become members or they are approached to become members of REGENERATION MATRIX group.
